5 More Ways To Get Discounts, Save Cash & Make Money Online

If there’s one thing that gets to me it’s wasting money. I know we all like to splash the cash a little and have fun – hell I’m known to buy the latest gadget, game or gizmo if my bank balance permits me. But it’s spending money when one doesn’t have to that gets to me. Say for instance you’re buying a new iPod for almost 200 Euros. I’m always amazed by the amount of people (almost all) who’ll just pay it even through they could have put in 20 minutes work and saved themselves 30 Euros. That’s an extra thirty Euros you could have in your pocket for basically doing nothing. As a younger person (although I know most people are affected by the recession) I’m kind of expected to be somewhat up to date with ‘fashion’ and of course technology. And that means expensive purchases. Many young people just bite the bullet not realising that they could easily save (and make) money by following even a couple of the steps I’ll outline below. Shamita Shetty bowled over by Warne

B-town starlets are notoriously famous for sharing an interesting chemistry with both Indian and international cricketers, from Kim Sharma to Isha Sharvani, they mostly hogged the limelight for their alleged liaisons with cricketers. Now the latest to get bowled over is Shamita Shetty, by none other than Shane Warne, the captain-cum-coach of the Rajasthan Royals, the IPL team co-owned by darling sister Shilpa Shetty and her beau Raj Kundra. It is learnt that Shamita and Shane grew close during this year's IPL tour. They spent time during early post-win celebrations while in South Africa. Since then, they've bonded and kept in touch. Also its being claimed that Shane was seen cozying up with Shamita at a South African nightclub. When the media got wind of it and landed up there, the leggy lass took the back exit and left. And it seems she is wisely keeping her distance from the handsome cricketer so as to avert snooping media glare. With a glorious past record of Shamita's a

Manali to get its first Hollywood shoot!

The hill state of Himachal Pradesh and the picturesque locales of the Kullu-Manali valley has attracted many Bollywood film makers, especially after the insurgency in Jammu and Kashmir. And from Mani Ratnam (ROJA) to Anil Sharma (HERO and AB TUMHARE HAWAALE WATAN SAATHIYO), Mohit Suri (RAAZ - THE MYSTERY CONTINUES...) and Imtiaz Ali (JAB WE MET), all have thronged the beautiful valley to shoot their films. The lush green valley, the mighty snow capped peaks, the ancient architecture and the colourful culture have been an added advantage, apart from the fact that it is easily approachable by land and air. But there has been no shooting of Hollywood films in Himachal, despite it being a favourite haunt of foreign tourists, especially areas like Old Manali and Kasual (Manikaran). However, good news for the people of Himachal is that its beauty will finally be brought to light via a big budget Hollywood film. In order to finalize the location, an English filmmaker has already reached Manal

One thing that Salman can’t live without!

One thing that never separates from our macho man Salman Khan is his blue sapphire bracelet. It is believed that it is sort of a lucky charm for Salman and he never takes it off his hand in real or on reel. He has always sported the bracelet in all his movies. Salman has been going through a dull phase when it comes to his filmi career. His previous releases, God Tussi Great Ho , Hello , Heroes and Yuvvraaj , despite coming from good banners, bombed at the box office. But it seems Salman wants to take no chances henceforth. The actor has become choosier about the films he signs and has also asked his father, Salim, to help him choose the right scripts. And with that in place, Salman is also making sure that luck works in his favour this time. Salman is flaunting his bracelet in the first look of Boney Kapoor’s ‘Wanted Dead Or Alive’. The Khan strongly believes in the luck factor that his bracelet brings with it and thus has decided to flaunt it on even the
